Chapter 1- Power of being positive

I planned on talking about the importance of positivity
Just a story to tell,
A few hours ago, my guy and I were arguing(sort of), he wanted to separate for awhile again. I was thinking negatively, and the conversation really brought me down lol As he insisted on separating. (He is very stubborn, rarely change his mind). While I was going home, I decided to think positively, I tell myself "Everything will be fine. He is not going anywhere. He will change his mind."! To cut the story in short, we didn't separate, he stayed lol

Positive thoughts attract positive results. Negative thoughts attract negative results.
Beware of what you are thinking and focusing on. From my latest experience, you can tell that POSITIVITY helps a lot

If you are still dwelling into the negativities, I think you should better change it into positivities. Getting your love back shouldn't be hopeless, you should be positive about the result.

Here's something that I would want you to do if you have free time
1) Create a playlist,
Put some uplifting songs or songs that will make you feel happy into the list
Whenever you are down, just go for the playlist and play the songs
2) Get yourself a pen and paper
Write down what you really want, (e.G. "Xxx loves me. He/she only belongs to me."), write that as many time as you can until you feel good about this thoughts
3) Distract yourself,
If you are down, and the above two methods can't help you at all. Distract yourself. Go watch a movie, go play video games, go to play sports. Whatever you like, just find something that you really like and focus on that. After doing these, you should be able to be more positive and think less on the negatives.

If you want to attract that specific person into your life, please be positive about your relationship with him/her. Believe that you both are having a great relationship. All you can think of is about the positive things

I think most of the people knows how important being positive is, I think that you can read the book "The power" by Rhonda Brynes as well. This is a book full of positivity. Whenever you are down, please find someone who is supportive and tell them about how bad you are feeling. This is one of the way to feel better as well
