Chapter 9: Cyber Stalking?
With the technological advancement, we can connect with one another easily throughout different social networks or apps. This not only brings us convenience, but also a habit of "stalking" others.
Especially after those terrible breakups, we will just constantly check our love's updates, when he/she upload a status, you would over analyse it, asking yourself " is he talking about me? Is he missing me? " etc; you may check who has liked his status and start to be sad when you see he added some girls you don't know. (I've been there, did the same crazy thing lol); when he post a photo, you will try to look at the picture closely to see if there's any other women;You constantly check his "last seen" on whatsapp and think if he's talking/flirting with other women.
If you found that the aforementioned are what you have been doing since the breakup, you need to stop it. As this cyber stalking will actually lowers your vibration, you will be sad/frustrated.
You may ask: how to change this habit then?
-Well, you can try to choose not to read anything about them( that requires a lot of self control lol, not many of us can do that)
-You can choose to block them, but if I were you, I won't do that
-Hide him from your newsfeed! Pretend that he hasn't updated at all.
-Turn off your last seen timestamp! ( I did that and it works for me, I have stopped checking his last seen since I couldn't see that anymore)
-distract yourself, do something else. Don't think too much
-Have fun with your life, go to party etc.
This requires your self control, stop CYBER STALKING.

I actually told my boyfriend about that cyber stalking thing during our breakup, he told me that he think that's creepy. You see, if your love found that you constantly stalk them, they may feel uncomfortable about that lol You instantly became the Crazy ex lol So stop this habit as soon as possible, you will find that you are less attach to him this way.
